The Institut Universitaire des Grandes Ăcoles des Tropiques (IUGET) hosted the General Assembly for its lecturers on December 7, 2025, at the Marie Louise DONGMO Hall, Bonamoussadi Campus. The event brought together lecturers and administrative staff, marking an important moment of exchange and recognition.
The ceremony kicked off at 1:00 PM with the arrival and installation of lecturers and IUGET’s administrative body. The Director of Communication presented an overview of IUGET, highlighting its mission and values. IUGET President, Dr. NGUEPI Joseph, then took the stage, emphasizing key expectations from lecturers, including punctuality, commitment to student success, and maintaining a conducive learning environment. He stressed the importance of minimizing student absences and ensuring lectures are productive.
A constructive Question and Answers session followed, allowing lecturers to engage with the president. The highlight of the event was the Awards Ceremony, where outstanding lecturers received recognition for their dedication and excellence.
The assembly concluded with refreshments, leaving attendees satisfied and motivated.
